At Swimwear Area, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process and requirements.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked as final sale.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Please include the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
